We recognize that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and unforeseen emergencies can impact your ability to attend the conference. In such situations, we are committed to being flexible and understanding. Here’s our policy regarding COVID-19 and emergencies:

1. COVID-19: If you are unable to attend the Reach Australia National Conference 2024 due to COVID-19-related implications, such as travel restrictions or health concerns, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of when you notify us.
   
   
2. Emergencies: We define emergencies as serious illnesses or sudden crises that prevent you from attending the conference. In such cases, you will also be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the timeframe in which you inform us.

Conference Changes:

While we strive to ensure a smooth and rewarding conference experience, we must clarify our liability in certain situations:

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Reach Australia National Conference 2024 is canceled or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or pandemic-related restrictions, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements.
